What does COSLINE do with your details?
We do not give out your personal details including home address and email address. The only exceptions are our Service partners, who need your details for ordering matters (for example the shipping company and the Credit Institutions). In this case, the given details are only the minimum necessary.

Should any unauthorised charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping online with COSLINE Cosmetics, you must contact your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
See your own personal details
You can see your personal details in the section "My Account" with the use of your email address and password. You can also edit your details. If you forget your password there is a special service: In "My Account" you will find a link "Forgotten password?" which will lead you to the password help. Just put in your existing email address and a new password will be sent to you.
