| The product is based on bees wax. 5 to 10 minutes after applying, the oils in the ingredients evaporate leaving the colour wipe and water proof. In order to guarantee the firmness, no creams or other oily substances should be applied before applying the product. |

| How do I remove the makeup in the evenings? |
| With any conventional makeup removers e.g. Cleansing Milk, Removal Pads, etc. |

| How can I sharpen the Eyeliner/Kajal and the Lipliner? |
| Sharpening is not required. The product has a turning mechanism which advances the tip forward. When the tip of the Liner is worn down, hold the golden part of the product stationary and turn the body of the product clockwise until the tip moves forward. Don't advance the tip too far as it can't be turned back. |

| The life of the product depends on the way you use it. |

| The lead is approximately 1/3 the length of the product. |

| Is the Lipstick long lasting? |
| The Lipstick stays on very well, but after eating or drinking you may need to reapply it. The COSLINE Lipstick is very creamy. It maintains your lips and feels nice when worn. Long lasting lipsticks are often very dry, so that they can be guaranteed to be long lasting. |

| Are the Eyeshadows water proof? |
| The Eyeshadows are powder products, i.e. they have a different consistency to the Eyeliner/Kajals. They stay on well, but are not wipe and water proof. When using the Shadow Base under the Eyeshadow, the Eyeshadow stays on longer. |

| How long will items last? |
| There is no Used By Date. However, there is a basic rule: As soon as you notice changes in smell, look, or consistency, the product should be disposed of. The Mascara is usable up to 6 months after first opening the product (German Law). |
